Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of rotavonmotor.com and to all quotations, orders and sales of products by Shenzhen Youliti Technology Co., Ltd., which operates the Rotavon Motor brand (“Rotavon Motor”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. We sell to businesses, not to consumers.

Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications, drawings and performance curves on this website are for general reference. Actual values can vary within normal manufacturing tolerances, and we may improve our products without notice. The specifications that apply to your order are the ones stated in our quotation, order confirmation or approved drawing.

You are responsible for selecting the right product for your application and for testing it in your equipment before volume production. We are happy to help with selection, but our advice does not replace your own testing.

Quotations and Orders

Prices are not shown on this website. We quote prices on request. The validity period of each quotation is stated in that quotation.

An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing, by an order confirmation or a proforma invoice. If the quotation, order confirmation or proforma invoice contains terms that differ from these Terms & Conditions, the terms in those documents apply to that order.

Prices and Payment

Prices, currency, payment terms and payment method are stated in our quotation or proforma invoice. Bank charges on the buyer’s side are paid by the buyer. Unless agreed otherwise, we start production or ship after we receive the payment due at that stage.

Samples

We can supply samples for evaluation. Sample and shipping charges, if any, are stated in our quotation. Please test samples in your application and confirm them before volume orders; approved samples serve as the reference for the order.

Delivery

Lead times are estimates from the date we receive your payment and all technical details needed for production. We will tell you promptly if a delay is expected.

Delivery terms (for example EXW, FOB or CIF) are stated in the quotation and interpreted according to Incoterms® 2020. Risk passes to you as defined by the agreed delivery term. Unless agreed otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are your responsibility.

Inspection and Claims

Please inspect the goods when you receive them. Report any shortage, wrong item or visible transport damage promptly, with photos and your order number, so we can investigate and coordinate with the carrier where needed. Claims for defects found later are handled under the Warranty section below. Returns and refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty

Any product warranty, including its duration and start date, will be stated in our quotation or order confirmation. During the agreed warranty period, please contact us if a product has a defect in materials or workmanship or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use outside the rated specifications (such as voltage, current, load, temperature or duty cycle), modification, accident, or normal wear.

If a product is defective under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace it, or refund or credit the price paid for the defective units. This is your sole remedy for defective products.

Custom Products and Intellectual Property

For custom products, you confirm that you have the right to use any drawings, specifications, trademarks or logos you provide to us. Our own designs, drawings, product information and website content remain our property and may not be copied without our permission. Each party will keep the other’s non-public technical and commercial information confidential.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or business. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, shipping disruptions or shortages of materials. We will inform you as soon as possible and agree on a new schedule with you.

Governing Law

These terms and all orders are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will first try to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
